Job Responsibilties:

1. Perform quality check on incoming, in-process, outgoing, return goods and existing materials.
2. Conduct laboratory testing in-house and send samples for external analysis.
3. Keep all QC check records and documents up-to-date and do proper filing for traceability.
4. Maintain proper documentation in accordance with food safety requirements.
5. Monitor GMP, personal hygiene practices at Production
6. Feedback Quality & safety issues promptly to R&D/QA Manager, working out actions needed
7. Support Customer Complaints investigation e.g. providing documents and sharing knowledge and observations
8. Report to R&D/QA Manager regularly at least weekly to update status of tasks assigned
9. Responsible for laboratory routine house-keeping program (5'S)
10. Report to R&D/QA Manager daily about work progress and challenges encountered so the Manager can provide support to clear obstacles
11. Prepare monthly reports (concise format) to R&D/QA Manager
12. Do other task assigned by superior.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control/assurance in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Words and Excel
• Able to communicate well with others
• Know how to use measuring equipment
• Good eye vision
• Attentive to details
