• Salary: SGD$12,000 to SGD$16,000 + Fixed AWS

Responsibilities:

• In charge of production of all products
• Upholding high standards of hygiene & food safety at all time
• Conducting checks to minimize wastage & spoilage
• Audit check on production process ensuring proper cutting, proper cleaning, disjoining, boning & trimming of veal, pork, beef & turkey
• Conduct check to sure products from suppliers met requirement in quality
• Ensure maintenance of butchery, cold rooms and equipment
• Ensure all adhere to hygiene policy & standards by relevant regulatory authorities and HACCP guidelines
• Collaboration with QC & Purchasing team to monitor inventory so as to ensure it is accurately maintained and reported

Requirement:

• At least 8 years of relevant working experience with Sausages, Ham & Marinated products such as pork & chicken
• Experience & knowledge in the HACCP program
• Experience in large sausages and ham production facility
