Roles & Responsibilities

Working Location: Jurong West不需要准备教案/教材加入半年或一年有每月固定福利

Working hours: 9.5 hrs shift

Job Scope:

· Plan both long and short range activities in accordance with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practice and program philosophy.

· Meet the emotional, social, physical and cognitive needs of each child

· Encourage assistants to contribute to curriculum planning

· Coordinate field trips

· Prepare monthly plan charts and daily lesson plan

· Complete bi-annual assessment of children's development

· Report progress of children to parents in bi-annual reports and through parent-teacher conferences

· Maintain daily open communication with parents

· Keep accident reports

· Maintain anecdotal records

· Maintain confidentiality

· Report any inappropriate act to supervisor

· Arrange a classroom environment in accordance to program goals and philosophy

· Setting up learning corners

· Maintain a safe and healthy environment

· Inspect and replace damaged or lost materials

· Supervise assistants, student teachers in the classroom

· Keep all appropriate records such as records, attendance and time sheets.

· Meet all applicable licensing regulations

· Attend internal or external training organised by company

· Attend events organised by company. e.g. Open House, carnival etc

· Attend monthly meeting in the evening

· Attend meetings arrange by centre head or management

· Asst in handle centre administrative matters

· Any other duties that may be assigned by the Centre from time to time
