- Prepares, cooks and serves any food delegated as your responsibility ensuring that the highest possible quality is maintained and that agreed standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times.
- Assists with the acceptance and storage of deliveries and that all-relevant company procedures are adhered to.
- Monitor and minimize food wastage.
- Perform proper storage of all raw materials once received .
- Aids co-employees within food & beverage and amongst other departments in the performance of tasks to foster teamwork and success for the Hotel.
- Oversee that cleanliness standards are met for equipment, workstations and environment
- Adheres to rules and regulations set by the Management.
- Check and follow-up on the ingredients for the ala carte menus, daily menus, and seasonal specials, maintaining the standards of pre-set recipes, portion control and costing at all times.
- Willing to work shifts.
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Culinary
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
