Roles & ResponsibilitiesAdvance Venture Solution is established on 2016 and specialises in products packaging design and printing. With three major warehouses spanning a total of 14,000 square feet, we're equipped to handle your packaging needs on a grand scale.
We are expanding the team and on a lookout for 2 Sales Managers to join and help us to develop and coordinate our company's sales and marketing functions to identify and develop new customers for our accounts.
1. Develop and coordinate company sales and marketing functions to identify and develop new customers.
2. Research and develop strategies and plans on marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new product development.
3. Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results.
4. Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
5. Participate in the development of new project proposals.
6. Strong Selling skills for packaging products
7. Good Knowledge in packaging or printing products (not necessary as it will be trained on ground)

2. Good team player and initiative
3. Resourceful and result-oriented
Duration: 6 months
