    Roles & Responsibilities

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Assist in collating and compiling document for tender submission.
    • Assist in monitoring tender opportunity.
    • Administering project correspondences, responding to emails and providing assistance to contract department.
    • General administrative tasks and duties including office management, document filling, letter drafting and corresponding with associates and external partners for contract department.

    Requirements:

    • Min O Level/Diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum 1 year's related working experience in construction industry will be added advantage.
    • Able to multi-task, time-sensitive, attention to details, and work in a fast pace environment
    • A team player with positive mind set and meticulous.
