• Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm

Adecco is partnering with recognised organisation and and they are looking for Postsales Engineer (Trend Micro) to join the Team A great opportunity to work with the company who value diversity, lifelong learning and individual development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage post-sales responsibilities for Cybersecurity or Network Performance Monitoring products.
• Contribute to large-scale project implementations at local and regional levels.
• Perform on-site implementation such as testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Offer technical support to ensure customer satisfaction through troubleshooting and research.
• Routine standby for support 24x7 maintenance support calls and communicate issues effectively.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• 1-2 years experience on product deployment preferred
• Familiar with Trend Micro products (e.g. endpoint security, data loss prevention)
• Knowledge of networking such as routing and switching technology
