Responsibilities Seek new business opportunities and build client relationships Brainstorm, contribute and develop fresh and engaging ideas into experiential concepts, campaigns and/or events for all agency's pitches/projects Research, organise and build compelling content into well-written presentations to meet clients' briefs and needs Produce, execute and deliver projects on time, within budget and exceeding clients' expectations Meeting and liaising with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on the project, including project status reports Debrief, evaluate and report upon completion of each projectRequirements Min 1 year experience in a design, communications or events (on-ground, virtual or phygital) agency Degree/Diploma in Event Management, Mass Communications, Advertising, Fashion Design, Art, Design or related studies Excellent event production and project management skills, vis-à-vis delivering projects on time, meeting budgets and achieving client satisfaction Creative thinker with keen interest in luxury, fashion, retail and other lifestyle industries Passionate about events and marketing, with a strong sense of design aesthetics and a flair for the extraordinary Social-media savvy and a burning desire to learn new digital tools as they relate to the events and communications industries Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills Proven ability to multi-task, work with tight deadlines and prioritize tasks Outgoing and engaging personality
