RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Associate

Job Summary:
As an RPA Associate, you will be involved in designing, developing, and implementing robotic automation solutions. This role is open to fresh graduates with a background in database administration or data analysis.

Responsibilities:

RPA Development:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify automation opportunities.
Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using industrystandard tools.

Process Analysis:

Analyze business processes to identify areas for automation and improvement.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and gather process data.

Database Administration:

Leverage database administration skills to extract, transform, and load data for automation processes.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in automated workflows.

Testing and Debugging:

Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure functionality and reliability.
Debug and troubleshoot issues to optimize automation performance.

Documentation:

Create comprehensive documentation for RPA processes, including design specifications and test plans.
Maintain uptodate documentation for all automation projects.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with IT teams, business analysts, and endusers to gather requirements and refine automation processes.
Work closely with team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Training and Support:

Provide training and support to endusers on implemented RPA solutions.
Address and resolve issues reported by users in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus.
