    Roles & Responsibilities

    Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic Administrative and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will excel in managing administrative responsibilities and spearhead innovative marketing strategies across multiple social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu), and TikTok. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about social media marketing and excel at nurturing professional online relationships.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Administrative Duties:

    Oversee daily office operations, including organizing schedules, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.

    Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including document preparation and database management.

    Handle the management of stationery, purchases, and maintenance of office equipment.

    Liaise with government agencies for funding, grant applications, and claims.

    Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.

    2. Marketing Duties:

    Develop and implement marketing strategies on LinkedIn, Little Red Book, and TikTok, aligned with our brand's objectives.

    Create and curate engaging content across platforms to enhance brand visibility and foster engagement.

    Build and maintain professional networks on LinkedIn, and engage with communities on Little Red Book and TikTok to expand the company's reach.

    Monitor analytics and metrics from each platform to optimize strategies and report on performance.

    Work collaboratively with other marketing initiatives to maintain a cohesive online presence.

    Handle any other ad-hoc marketing tasks as needed.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

    Proven experience in an administrative role; robust experience in social media or digital marketing, especially with LinkedIn, Little Red Book, and TikTok, is highly preferred.

    Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.

    Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional knack for social media communication.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and analytics tools across different social media platforms.

    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.

    Creative thinker with keen attention to detail and a solid understanding of branding principles.

    Familiarity with the global market, particularly in Singapore and China, and an understanding of their business etiquettes.

    Fluent in English and Mandarin to cater to a diverse clientele and market demographics.
