Based in Singapore, Lumens Group is a family of brands offering an ecosystem of services around cars.

Our story began as a private hire car leasing company to address the needs of the new sharing economy led by Uber and Grab.

Our core business has been leasing to ride hailing drivers and we grew our car fleet to one of the largest in Singapore in under 8 years.

During this time, we have expanded our services to personal & corporate vehicle leasing, vehicle purchasing and financing.


Emerging strong from the Covid-19 period, Lumens is building for an exciting new era that brings in a wide range of merchants and individual consumers to our ecosystem.

By owning a critical mass of vehicles and driver relationships, we are able to innovate on vehicle setup, driver upskilling & deployment, as well as technology and data capabilities to build mobility platform services that impact our everyday lives.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead overall technical selection, decisionmaking, architecture design and construction of the large frontend technical system and continuous optimization of the large frontend team
  • Oversee the planning of frontend business of each business units related product of the company (mobile, H5, mini program, Bside, etc.)
  • Understand the project requirements and design requirements and cooperate with the business and products to deliver quality services
  • Continue to optimize products, improve product quality, and establish technical barriers between competing products
  • Support the development of internal processes, documentation and knowledge sharing
  • Align the status of development effort and serves as liaison between development teams and different business units across multiple projects
  • Identifies reusable code required for our code library and ensures the highquality creation of the code
  • Defines, communicates and enforces coding standards
  • Assists in sales efforts from a technical perspective

Requirements:


  • Possess at least 8 years of relevant working experience
  • Comfortable working in both functional and technical environments; high level of confidence to learn new solutions quickly
  • Identify potential peopleside risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns
  • Balance and program workload and staffing according to project and organizational priorities and goals
  • Passion and curiosity for Digital Solutions, Digital Transformation, and stay current with business and industry trends
  • Highly competent with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Able to build strong working relationships with technical and nontechnical staff
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members to establish positive working relationships and achieve goals together
  • Strong skills and experience to develop quality assurance plan and procedures.
  • Experience with tracking tools such as JIRA is a bonus
