Key Responsibilities:


Lead the efforts to digitalize the manufacturing process in SNG Edwards sites, through cross functional project work, focusing on process efficiency and global quality compliance standards.

Establish project plans to ensure deliverables are completed to stakeholders' expectations, using project management tools (e.g., Project Plan, Risk Analysis, etc.).

Managing project execution in terms of scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
Work with stakeholders to ensure continuous expansion of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) to be completed within the committed timeline.
Analyze and resolve moderately complex Manufacturing and Compliance issues (e.g., CAPA, non-conformances, audit observations).
Lead and work with cross functional team members within and across other business units to achieve the deliverables.
Be a leader in influencing change by implementing process improvement projects that impact multiple functional areas.
No oversea travel needed.


Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree is required, MS a plus, preferably in Engineering
2 to 4 years demonstrated track record of project management, manufacturing project / sustaining experience with a focus in Lean / process improvement is required
Experience in the manufacturing of high technology medical devices, healthcare or a regulated industry is preferred

Experience with MES is optional, the role is also open to the personnel that would like to explore, learn and work on MES or digital project.


Additional Skills:

Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Requires knowledge of other functions that provide regular inputs (i.e., Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Finance, Human Resources, and Operations) and how they interact with one another
Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strict attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between the global organization
Experience with manufacturing software such as ERP, MES, PLM systems (System use and software implementation) is preferred.
