Job Description:
- Analyze shipment logs
- Review timeliness of scheduled deliveries.
- Track inventory levels
- Prepare regular reports to track day to day stocks delivery and receiving productivity
- Constantly work to improve processes
- Make suggestions for manpower and processes optimization
- Optimize employee workflow
- Determine and track stocks receiving, handling, storing activities KPIs
- Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
- Communicate and collaborate with other team members. Work crossfunctionally with retail and Logistics team.
- Train, guide and evaluate new team members
Job Requirements:
years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar capacity preferred
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse management procedures
- Ability to work rotating shifts on weekends and public holidays as required
- Ability to manage inventory
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data
- Critical thinker and problemsolving skills
- Good timemanagement skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
