Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the team in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update office documents, records, and filing systems.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and meetings.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is wellstocked.
  • Perform adhoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 23 years of experience as an administrative assistant or executive.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
