Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team in a professional and efficient manner.
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments.
- Coordinate and arrange travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update office documents, records, and filing systems.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and meetings.
- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is wellstocked.
- Perform adhoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Minimum 23 years of experience as an administrative assistant or executive.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
