Description

Manage daily inspection of the building to ensure that it is in satisfactory and serviceable condition, and where necessary, follow up with rectifications or recommendations to the Management.

Oversee security management, cleaning, landscape, waste management, irrigation system, lifting system, carpark system, building defects and repair, etc. and overseeing the fire & safety matters.
Perform regular onsite checks, ensure the works comply and no illegal work activities.
Support in contract administration and procurement of goods and services, maintain proper records, files of correspondence, documents and materials about Building and Contractors.
Work closely with the public, tenants, and relevant authorities on the required implementation of improvement Works.

Requirements:

Diploma in Building Management or equivalent
At least 4 years of experience in handling
Grade A Commercial Buildings

Hands on experience in carrying out routine inspections, following up on tenants' complaints, arranging of repair and maintenance work.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
