As an eCommerce intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic world of online retail.
This internship will provide you with exposure to multiple facets of eCommerce operations, including website management, online merchandising, user experience, customer experience, data analysis, and more.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize our online presence, drive traffic, and enhance the overall online shopping experience for our customers.
- eCommerce- Assist in creating and updating website content
- Select assortment for key campaigns and promotions on our website
- Analyze website and sales data to generate insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support user testing projects for website optimization
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Campaigns - US Market Focus
- Coordinate and execute marketing collaterals and assets
- Support to set up promo codes / gift card codes, loyalty rewards in the ecommerce backend
- Community
- Digital Experiences & Events
- Assist with the coordination with vendors and execute programmes and ops plan during event days
- Assist team with execution of Love, Bonito branded event, community workshops and experiences
- Assist to propose, plan, budget and oversee specific parts of the projects which will constantly bring the #LBexperience to the next level
- Work closely with internal and crossdepartment teams to ensure the successful execution of workshops
- Administrative support and daily upkeep of internal trackers, calendars and work requests
- Managing timelines and deadlines of marketing collaterals
Requirements:
- Applicants must demonstrate problemsolving skills, and strong attention to detail and ability to meticulously review information, ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks and deliverables.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude is a must, and adaptability and willingness to learn in a fastpaced environment. This is a highly handson opportunity and we need someone who's willing to roll up their sleeves and jump right in to support the team
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data is highly valued
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- At least 6 months commitment
- Parttime internship
- Undergraduates/graduate students, and career switchers are both welcome to apply
- Prior internship or relevant work experience is a plus.
