Join Our Team as an Interior Designer with SINN Interiors

Job Responsibilities:
- Timely follow up on leads sourced/provided to conceptualize clients' requirements, provide cost quotations, and close deals.

Provide professional advice to prospective clients on design concepts, mood boards, interior aesthetics, and renovation solutions.

Guide clients on various aspects of interior design, including space planning, material selections, color coordination, fixtures and furnishings.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and professional engineers to ensure quality workmanship and the smooth progress of every phase.

Visit renovation sites regularly to ensure work adheres to clients' design plans.

Job Requirements:

Singaporeans/PR only.

Relevant experience in the interior design industry for residential and commercial projects.

Possess a Diploma or related tertiary qualification in Interior Design.

Independent with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferably possess knowledge in fitting out works and have a keen eye for details.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.

Ensure all work meets quality standards and government regulations.

Inspect off-site fabrication and on-site installation.

Ensure that all defects have been rectified before the pre-site inspection.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties.
