    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    • Answering incoming calls and response to customer enquiries.
    • Assist sales team in preparing proposal and generating invoices.
    • Maintain and upkeep the filling system.
    • Follows up with customer on delivery schedule and changes.
    • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer requirement is met.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirement:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
    • With experience in customer service role preferred
    • Ability to multitask and strong analytical skills
