The candidate will be responsible for booking, issuing air tickets and correspondence for corporate clients and individual customers. In addition, should also have Experience of designing Itineraries, costing, booking hotels etc. related travel business with good communication skills, professional skills. We pay much attention to an applicant with good moral values & teamwork abilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide ticketing, hotel reservations, VISA and travel advice
Issuing tickets/hotels/tours/transfers via online/offline company sources.
handing the quotation, reservation & issuance of group tickets
Oversee our Reservations Team and provide them with assistance when required
Preparation of travel related documents e.g., Ticket, vouchers
Liaising with clients, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements, selling Domestic/Outbound Tour Packages. Understanding Client's Package Requirements.
Prepare, plan and quote travel itineraries
Making and confirming bookings, issuing invoice
Handling travel insurance
Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news
Creative thinking new business except for travel business
Create promotional posters of our products for our official Facebook & Instagram page
Other ad-hoc tasks (Handling inquires & sales of JR Passes)
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
Knowledge and skill in Amadeus (GDS)
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Excellent customer service skills - Focus on quality and customer service
Able to work as a team player, also can handle multitasking
Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) preferred
Exceptional listening and analytical skills
Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Attitude to actively accept challenges
