Description

As the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), you will play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership team, shaping the administrative framework that supports our dynamic health-tech venture.

You will oversee compliance, legal matters, human resources, and cybersecurity, ensuring alignment with US-based interests.

Your insights will be crucial in steering the company through complex regulatory landscapes while fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and security.


Key Responsibilities:

Compliance and Legal Expertise:
Develop and execute compliance strategies to ensure adherence to local and international regulations. Provide legal guidance to safeguard the company's interests in partnership with external legal counsel.


Human Resources Leadership:
Create and implement HR policies and practices that attract, develop, and retain top talent. Foster a collaborative and diverse work environment while overseeing performance management and employee growth initiatives.


Cybersecurity Oversight:
Establish and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data, intellectual property, and customer information. Proactively identify vulnerabilities and lead incident response strategies.


International Alignment:
Collaborate closely with stakeholders in the US to harmonize administrative practices, ensuring seamless operations across multiple geographical locations

Qualifications:
Proven track record in executive leadership roles In-depth knowledge of compliance, legal, HR, and cybersecurity domains. Familiarity with US regulations and cross-border business operations. Excellent communication skills, adept at building cross-functional relationships. Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.


Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field. MBA or JD is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in administrative leadership roles. Prior exposure to start-ups or fast-paced environments preferred.
