To manage store sales performance, coordinate in-store promotional activity; managing store operation, recruitment and team building.

Report to Sales & Operations Manager to plan sales forecast daily, weekly, monthly, and set team share target.
Work with Sales & Operation Manager to achieve sales goals through key metric (CR%, ADS, IPT), ensure the highest level of customer service is provided in the store to elevate brand's service experience.
Drive and lead all personnel to practice professional salesmanship within the guidelines in order to achieve optimum sales and to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Study and implement strategic planning of shift scheduling and zoning practices in order to optimize service standards and conversion at all times.
To manage staffs' monthly duty roster, planning, and execution in shift schedules. Manage and control staff cost and shrinkage goals within the store.
To train all new joiners on product knowledge and operation SOP.
To prepare weekly and monthly report to Line Manager and provide feedback based on the variance.
To organize the store team functions (ROS) and assign role proactively for each section within the store to ensure the best teamwork and customer service in order to maximize sales performance.
Liaise with Merchandising Department to orientate replenishment needs (best seller, size runs, etc.)
Ensure store present merchandise in a manner that will maximize sales that are reflective of Company Visual Merchandising direction.
