Store Manager - Singapore - EON ATLANTIC FOOTWEAR PTE. LTD.
Description
To manage store sales performance, coordinate in-store promotional activity; managing store operation, recruitment and team building.- Report to Sales & Operations Manager to plan sales forecast daily, weekly, monthly, and set team share target.
- Work with Sales & Operation Manager to achieve sales goals through key metric (CR%, ADS, IPT), ensure the highest level of customer service is provided in the store to elevate brand's service experience.
- Drive and lead all personnel to practice professional salesmanship within the guidelines in order to achieve optimum sales and to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Study and implement strategic planning of shift scheduling and zoning practices in order to optimize service standards and conversion at all times.
- To manage staffs' monthly duty roster, planning, and execution in shift schedules. Manage and control staff cost and shrinkage goals within the store.
- To train all new joiners on product knowledge and operation SOP.
- To prepare weekly and monthly report to Line Manager and provide feedback based on the variance.
- To organize the store team functions (ROS) and assign role proactively for each section within the store to ensure the best teamwork and customer service in order to maximize sales performance.
- Liaise with Merchandising Department to orientate replenishment needs (best seller, size runs, etc.)
- Ensure store present merchandise in a manner that will maximize sales that are reflective of Company Visual Merchandising direction.
