Description

Our Client is a technology MNC, specializing in technical products and services. Their culture is dynamic and fast-paced. With the expansion plan, they are looking to hire an Associate Consultant, Application to join their Singapore team.

The successful incumbent will be working closely with other team members aligned with the company's growth and priorities.

Responsibilities:

Perform analysis and provide different solutions for bugs and change requests from client
Responsible for documentation in system configurations
Be ready for different support in UAT, SIT and Enhancement for golive
Monitor enhancement status and update client accordingly
Support customers and provide relevant training to their staff
Support team members in a different area to enhance and upgrade existing Applications to support changes in the business environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Min. Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent field of study
Fresh graduates may apply
Web technology knowledge
Open to fully remote work arrangement and or if occasional travel or onsite visits may be required.
