Roles & Responsibilities

Position: Human Resource Data Specialist

Location: Raffles

Salary: Up to $5400

Job Scope:

• Conduct HR data mapping analysis for system migration.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to ensure accurate data transfer.
• Lead data transformation efforts to maintain integrity and compliance.
• Develop and maintain migration documentation and data dictionaries.
• Optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Implement quality assurance measures for post-migration data validation.
• Provide HR teams with support on data transformation procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in HR analytics, HRIS, or data management.
• Strong understanding of HR data structures and compliance.
• Have experience in data migration and HR system rollouts.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS, Workday, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data manipulation.
• Experience with Excel macros or Python is a plus.
