Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:

• Planning & achieving sales objectives & monthly sales target
• To manage existing customer base and develop new customers
• Able to present and introduce product/ services with in-depth knowledge
• Liaise and meet up with customers to grow new sales and provide technical support, as and whenrequired
• Establish and maintain strong rapport with network of contractors/consultants/developers topromote sales
• Pre-sales preparation such as preparing project budgetary prices, quotations, costings,completion of technical specifications, delivering catalogues and engineering data to customers
• Collection and follow up of payment
• Prepare sales and delivery order, update delivery schedule and ensure goods are delivered onschedule, as and when required
• Attend site meetings, customer complaints and subsequently coordinate and follow up withinternal departments to resolve issues
• Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirement:

• Min Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
