- To maintain and further develop busines relationship with an assigned portfolio of clients and establish business relationship with new clients to increase SMBC's business opportunities.
- To manage and motive Korean team to meet business goals and to ensure smooth business operations.
- To contribute sustainability of SMBC by closing and standardizing accounts which are dormant or has low profitability.
- To contribute to the team management by independently handling each task in your portfolio and additional tasks assigned in a timely manner.
- To comply with KYC, regulatory/compliance procedures and documentation matters for accounts assigned to you.
- To prepare credit application/credit monitoring/self-assessment etc and perform credit analysis/monitoring for accounts assigned to you.
- To attend and resolve customer's requests/queries by liaising with the relevant departments/persons.
- To handle ad-hoc matters assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7-10 years experience in Korean Corporate Banking business
- Marketing experience, credit analysis and compliance skills for corporate clients
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- To act reponsibly and with integrity.
- Good relationship building skills at all levels
- Strong planning and organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in Korean language is advantageous as the incumbent will have to have close collaboration and communications with clients in Korean Corporates and make presentations in Korean
