    ABOUT THIS ROLE
    We are looking for a motivated individual who is hungry to learn and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The person should have an eye for detail with strong analytical skills to conduct research to contribute towards strategy, whilst having a creative spark to prepare effective communication materials. As part of the Strategy & Innovation team, the intern will help to support the development of strategy, alongside the execution of strategic initiatives.

    The intern will have the opportunity to (but not limited to):
    - Conduct research and analyse findings to contribute towards strategy (e.g. future of Telcos, topic areas of interest)
    - Support the preparations of meetings, workshops or offsites to provide strategic alignment with a focus
    - Facilitate effective communication internally and externally via preparation of presentations and communication materials
    - Support the execution of strategic initiatives
    - This role will work closely with other teams (business, engineering, product etc)
    - The intern will have an opportunity to have a purview of strategic thinking
    - This is a full time (5 days) internship with the preference of minimal 5 months commitment within time period of April 2024 to December 2024 in Singapore office.

    This is a group level role based in Singapore

    WHAT YOU'LL DO
    Strategy and research: Conduct research, market scan, analysis of information and produce insights to support ongoing strategic initiatives and strategy. S/he will be expected to conduct research independently, present findings in actionable format, synthesize and summarise key takeaways.

    Strategic Implementation: Trusted supporter who aids the Head of Strategy to focus on larger strategic initiatives; contribute to ideation, planning, and execution of strategic projects across several areas to deliver ambitious outcomes

    Communication management: Prepare and manage the execution of communication materials (e.g. presentations, videos) to effectively communicate internally (rest of the company) and externally (e.g. client-ready materials)

    Others: Support any adhoc tasks to meet the needs of the team

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
    - Current students currently pursuing their Masters degree/Bachelors, or recently graduated / waiting to pursue further studies
    - Min. 5-months (longer duration preferred) within the time period of April 2024 to December 2024. Please indicate your availability for the internship.
    - Motivated with a strong sense of ownership, willingness to learn and great sense of initiative.
    - Highly adaptable, creative problem solver with a positive can-do attitude who likes fast paced environment
    - Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel and/or Google Slide and Google Sheet
    - Strong eye for detail and willingness to roll up the sleeves to perform indepth research
    - Ability to digest different information and synthesize to informative insights
    - Ability to find creative ways to overcome difficulties when finding information

    Good to have
    - Ability to read financial statements
    - Ability to generate video for external facing
