Manage the growth and development of the service SEA team.

Develop and drive the team to support the Projects and Sales department for order execution, site installation and testing and commissioning activities.
Train and educate Customers in growing the AMS opportunities.
Validate the effectiveness of the Service selling process to identify and develop improvements for Customer Buy-In in term of their operational needs; and to assist AMS Sales team in capturing opportunities for sales.
Develop the inhouse technical and operation teams, building the base of subcontractors and service partners for the quality services delivery and costs efficiency.
Assist sales efforts and driving customer satisfaction to effectively meeting the needs of customers.
Ensure the technicians' work safely and productively through training enforce Safety First culture.
Ensure continuous improvements (CI and Kaizen) for better productivity among the AMS teams.
Ensure AMS training to align with factories/ GCs for new equipment sales and solutions propositions.
Manage hiring activities within the AMS team structure and communicating the recruit's compensation and package with the local HRBP for alignment.
Work with GC teams on asneeded basis for efforts including training, consulting and business directions to build up the SEA region competency and selfsufficiency to grow the service and parts business.
Ability to meet short

- and long-term deadlines.

Ability to work regularly, resourcefully and dependably.
Ability to lead Operations teams for aftermarket services.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Significant travel required by air and car across SEA region.
