- Manage phone calls, emails, letters, packages, etc
- Maintaining contact directory list
- Assist in Company engagement activities and event coordination
- Handle agendas, travel arrangements for the Management
- Inform departments of meeting schedules via calendar invites
- Manage correspondences and reply on behalf for the Management
- Coordinate and ensure meetings schedule are up to date
- Attend Management meetings and minutes to follow up
- Assist in Business Development related Tenancy Agreement with outlets Management (includes new and renewal)
- Manage leasing, contracts, renovation and coordination with Operation team
- Perform general administrative duty with focus on outlet operations
- Facilitate communications between operations and HQ departments
- Organize filing systems for document retrieval
- Manage utilities and merchant account processes for HQ and outlets
- Diploma or relevant certifications in administration / secretarial studies
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Zoom, Outlook, Leasing Coordination, Minutes Taking and Calendar Management
