RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for Technical Presales engineering with primary focus Enterprise Accounts.
  • Strong ability to understand issues and position solutions that meet or exceeds ourcustomers' requirements across various technologies
  • Aligns with WWT Outside Sales team to represent WWT's core
  • Uses knowledge of technology, products and services to build collaboration solutions(and solution options) for the customer.
  • Works with clients and WWT Outside Sales team to obtain technical priorities,challenges, and initiatives that can be translated into WWT IT solutions.
  • Responsible for the coordination, delivery, and quality of presales technology solutiondeliverables within the domain of the opportunity that may include items such asconfigurations, architectural diagrams, and proposals.
  • Develops and fosters relationships with strategic original equipment manufacturers(OEMs) and key data center partners who are local to your region and/or territory
  • Assists in statement of work review and development.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and technical sales skills
  • Minimum 57 years of technical enterprise presales experience with a focus on solutionsales & relevant certifications.
  • Previous technical presales experience into Enterprise accounts
  • Strong experience with multiple of the following OEM's: Cisco Systems, F5, Palo AltoNetworks, VMware, Etc...
  • Passion for driving customer outcomebased solutions
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills required.
  • Ability to travel within region and as needed to support customer accounts
  • Experience with a Cisco Gold Partner is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience required
