- Managing delinquent accounts, including dunning and recommending appropriate actions to minimize losses
- Creating a professional and friendly environment by providing timely, flexible, and efficient service to customers
- Establishing a "Can-Do" mindset within the team and developing strong working relations with internal and external customers
- Maximizing productivity and efficiency by updating memos accurately and monitoring individual and team performance
- Reviewing and recommending system enhancements to improve current workflow and processes
- 2 years of related collections experience, with the ability to manage and review delinquent accounts
- Ability to handle complex collections cases, including debt restructuring requests and non-English speaking calls
- Experience working with external debt collections agencies, lawyers, and other stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well in a team
