Admin Assistant Receptionist - Singapore - WORKLE PTE. LTD.
Description
Working location:
Town
- 5 days week
- Salary: up to $2,800
- Immediate position
Responsibilities:
- General Reception duties including attending to visitors
- Serving drinks to guests and management upon request, and during the management meetings
- Answering incoming calls promptly and transfer to the respective departments
- Maintain the tidiness of the reception and waiting area/ conference room
- Manage conference room meeting schedule
- Sorting of incoming letters and parcels
- Manage/ maintain postage and courier services
- In charge of name cards, letterhead, and envelopes printing
- Taking care of Stationery stocks and replenishing of new supplies with supplier
- Ensure the workstation is properly set up with stationery for new hires
- Liaise with Building management for the office maintenance
- Update telephone listing
- Prepare claims for sundries expenses
- Ordering occasions/ congratulatory hampers to Clients
Job Requirements:
- Able to commit Monday to Friday (9.00am 6.30pm)
- Possess effective organizational and followup skills, paying attention to details
