- Working closely with community partners to design and implement sessions for youths and / or their families
- Run talks and workshops and relevant programmes related to animal care
- Liaising and networking with partners
- Able to ensure timely documentation and management of data for programme delivery
- Carrying out ongoing programme evaluation
- Casework management and counselling for youths-at-risk
- Administrative duties
- Possess at least a Degree in Social Work
- Loves animals / enjoys being around animals
- Keen to explore further studies in Animal Assisted Interventions related courses
- Must have a passion to work with youths and their families
- Relevant experience in working with youths and / or animals preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with youths, families, and to network with partners
- A team player with excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Being resourceful and taking initiative
- Able to be flexible in situations
- Personal effectiveness, independence, and good time management.
