    Roles & Responsibilities

    Operations Marketing Assistant

    Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

    Jalan Kilang (Redhill)

    $2800-$3500

    Job Description

    • Assist in coordinating daily operations
    • Assist to prepare and submit operational reports and statistics in a timely manner to track performance
    • Assist to provide and maintain a good level of staff motivation and discipline
    • Manage social media platforms (eg. Homepage banners, social media posts etc.)
    • Conduct regular store visits to review marketing strategies, design visually appealing signage, displays and promotional materials
    • Responsively address customer's inquiries

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
    • Proficiency in basic design software (eg. Adobe Photoshop)
