Job Summary

If you're looking to expand your career in the Shipping space, then Emerson has a great opportunity for you Based in Singapore, Shipping Administrator will be responsible in coordinating with Order Execution and Operation Teams for the packing arrangement and processing of shipment.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Directly responsible for shipping processing using Oracle, Trax & other system.
Coordinating packing arrangements with Order Execution Team and Operation Team.
To perform preshipment ship to address/end user screening in accordance to ITC.
Prepare all shipment instructions and documentations (Proforma Invoices, Packing Lists and Delivery notes etc)
Ensure all shipments are timely and delivery schedule is met by working closely with internal and external teams (such as forwarders)
Ensure proper documentation (COO, LC, GST) are inplace for each delivery/shipment.
Local and overseas Invoice dispatch to customers
Manage & ensure all complete GST documents submission to Finance on weekly basis
To coordinate closely with Forwarder & CSR to close outstanding GST within 30 days timeline
To coordinate closely with Finance Team on GST guidelines for rejection whenever there is IRAS changes/ misalignment
Ability to complete other job assigned by supervisor/manager

For This Role, You Will Need:

Meticulous and independent
Fast learner and able to work under pressure.
Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

NiTEC/Diploma holder in Business Administration/Logistic management or related fields
Experience in outbound shipping procedures will be an added advantage.
