Responsibilities

Review Management Accounts, unaudited financial statements, corporate tax computations and tax forms, GST returns, XBRL, monthly payroll and other expense disbursements, as well as yearend remuneration returns (Form IR8A, etc.)
Provide the relevant guidelines, knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, CPF, GST and corporate tax rules
Ensure the timelines are met for the reporting and the accuracy of tax submission
