Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness.
  • Conducting market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborating with clinic staff and doctors to successfully execute marketing plans.
  • Working with the management team to develop budgets, monitor expenses, and report on sales and marketing performance.
  • Actively engaging in SEO and SEM efforts.
  • Analyzing data using Google Analytics/FB Business to guide planning and optimize marketing activities.
  • Creating social media content to enhance brand visibility. Staying informed on the latest digital and marketing trends through regular selfreading and research.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a multibrand environment.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with a strong command of the English and Mandarin language.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate or write highquality content.
  • A team player with initiative, creativity, and resourcefulness.
  • Strong ability to work independently and focus on achieving high performance.
  • Techsavviness and a strong understanding of webtools and platforms for marketing.
  • Proficiency in utilizing diverse marketing channels and platforms, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Ability to handle pressure and effectively resolve complaints and issues.
  • Willingness to work overtime on weekends when necessary.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently even under pressure. Salesoriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
