Accounts Assistant - Singapore - ACECOM TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD

Job Description:
This role will report to the Finance Manager and is responsible to handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for the platform billing/settlement and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for accounts receivable billings matters across all ecommerce platforms, reconciling payments and returns
- Prepare Full Set of Account
- Prepare platforms sales reports reconciliation
- Issuing and tallying of Sales Order with Items Issued by Warehouse
- Reconciling returned goods with Sales Order to ensure accurate billing
- Follow up with Credit Notes (CNs) and cancellation matters
- Assist with monthend closing activities and AR reports
- Assist in stocktaking to ensure stock accuracy
- Undertaking other finance/administrativerelated duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or LCCI in accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Able to work independently and multitask in a fast pace working environment
- Meticulous and good time management skills
- Minimum 3 years in a similar capacity
