1. To coordinate and manage M&E works2.

Ensure all M&E works are performed on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations3.

Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at project site4. Understand Main Contract /Subcontract requirement5. Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance.6. To coordinate M&E wall/floor penetration drawings for approval.7. Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers to issue drawing for approval.
