    Roles & Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Group Chief Commercial & Operating Officer - Long Term Position - Top Niche Specialised Technology Integrator focused on Mission Critical Markets in Indonesia with close relationships with top US/European/Asian technology OEM's - US$XXXM annually - 20th Floor Samsung Hub - High Class 7* Office Environment

    The In-House Paralegal will be responsible for a broad range of technology projects and issues and will stand ready to quickly master new areas of expertise as needed by the business in relation to contract drafting and negotiation, risk management, compliance, contract law, corporate governance, and legal support across the company. You will complement a strong understanding of compliance requirements with a deep and nuanced understanding of our technology business – Telecom/IT/Cyberspace.

    The role includes and is not limited to the below:

    A) Legal Administration & Coordination

    • Efficiently coordinate and assist with statutory filing obligations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Streamline the signature process for documents and contracts, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
    • Produce high-quality letters, reports, and other pertinent documents, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
    • Take care of all legal-related tasks within the Company's Group, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to legal standards.

    B) Contract Management and Drafting

    • Skilfully draft, review, and negotiate various agreements and contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
    • Contribute to the development of innovative contract templates and agreements tailored for promoting efficiency and consistency for projects.
    • Conduct research and analysis on contractual, corporate, and legal matters, providing well-founded opinions and recommendations.

    C) Legal Research and Advisory

    • Effectively manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), contracts, and agreements matters, safeguarding the company's interests.
    • Stay abreast of legal developments, conducting comprehensive research to deliver insightful legal opinions and advice when necessary.
    • Foster productive relationships with external law firms, leveraging their expertise when necessary.
    • Engage with business units to address various contractual requirements, provide sound legal advice, and raise awareness of legal risks and implications of new laws.

    D) Additional Responsibilities

    • Flexibly undertake any additional duties as assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to support organizational objectives.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
    • Min. 5 years' experience as Paralegal or similar work capacity.
    • Familiarity especially with contract, commercial and privacy laws for project contracts.
    • Able to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Capable of working independently while collaborating with colleagues
    • Positive attitude and driven to excel.
    • Meticulous with accuracy in work.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skill
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
