We have a rewarding opportunity for you as a Staff Nurse specializing in Hospice Care and Home Care. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care, emotional support, and comfort to patients in their homes and within hospice settings. You'll play a pivotal role in improving the quality of life for individuals with lifelimiting illnesses, while maintaining the utmost respect for their dignity and autonomy.

Working schedule:

Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am - 5:30pm

**Roles and Responsibilites: - As a Staff Nurse for Hospice Care and Home Care, you will be a vital member of our healthcare team, offering skilled and compassionate nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes or within a hospice care facility. This role combines your clinical expertise with your ability to provide emotional support and create a safe and nurturing environment. _

Initiate care plans, adjust medications, and collaborate with medical professionals for symptom control.
Educate caregivers on nursing procedures and facilitate referrals to hospice or specialized services.
Identify and support patients and families in need of financial assistance and counseling.
Offer emotional and bereavement support to families during challenging times.

Requirements:

Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board is required
A minimum of 1 year of registered nursing experience across diverse healthcare environments
Preferably possess a postgraduate or advanced diploma
Hold a valid certification in BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) and AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
Have received the Covid19 vaccination
