Inventory Specialist cum Shipping - Singapore - E-PLOYMENT CONSULTANCY
Description
Maintain and monitor closely on monthly safety stock level to cater to order requests.Lead yearly inventory stock take.
Ensure sales team are using the correct item codes.
Review and monitor products for discrepancies troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
Oversee inventory management.
Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and reduce operations costs.
Administer purchase orders and payment process while working together with finance team on payment issues.
Liaise with forwarder or courier service to plan shipping schedules accordingly to fulfill orders.
Analyse product sales, stock turnover rate and inventory level.
Prepare, generate, and file inventory reports to ensure inventory accuracy.
Perform other and ad-hoc duties & responsibilities as assigned by the by the Superiors.
Job Requirements:
Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
5 day work.
