Being part of the leadership team, you will have the one-of-a-kind opportunity to form Benjamin Barker Group of brands identity and presence around the world, consisting of Benjamin Barker, BB Tailors, Le Matin Patisserie and The Assembly Ground Café.

You will be responsible for guiding and executing all of our marketing strategies, communications and PR.

You should have/be:

A thorough understanding of the group's mission, unique proposition and vision.
Possess both creative and analytical capabilities that are complemented by a strong commercial insight, performancedriven and have an unwavering gogetter attitude
Spearhead the strategic, creative and tactical execution of marketing campaigns and omnichannel strategies, from creative production, execution, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendation.
A collaborative attitude towards relationship management with internal and external stakeholders with remarkable communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Engage different stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic marketing plans including defining success criteria, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results
A mature leader who is comfortable with unpredictability while finding clarity within perplexity, which is mandatory for success.
A genuine passion is required for problem solving at scale, fostering cost efficiency in all solutions; as well as nourishing creativity to ensure customer experience excellence every time.
Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using predetermined KPIs.
Passion to train and develop the team in management, negotiation and marketing skills.
To work with partners like shopping malls, shopping platforms, payment gateways, F&B apps, publishing houses, influencers and PR for additional brand awareness.
