Description

We are recruiting for Warehouse Coordinator who will support the Warehouse Supervisor in the full spectrum of warehouse activities. The individual works independently with dedication and has a sense of urgency to meet deadlines. The individual also adopts a service excellence mindset and is passionate about addressing organizational and customers' needs and issues.

Your Main Job Responsibilities:

Promptly handle customer enquiries
Perform administrative support for order fulfilment and deliveries
Data entry and order processing
Update Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Ensure compliance with customers' Standard Operating Procedures
Coordinate with import and export operations, to ensure accuracy in documentations and invoicing
Filing of all incoming documents
Conduct cycle count, annual stock take
Assist the supervisor in the issuance of delivery notes and ensure proper documentations and record
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as and when assigned

Your Professional Background:

Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
Minimum 1 year's warehousingrelated experience
Possess forklift licence is an added advantage
Good team player and independent worker who requires mínimal supervision
Selfconfident and selfmotivated
Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
Serviceoriented with good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with customers
