Description
Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive transition plans for end-user computing devices, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of end-user computing solutions.
Evaluate and select vendors based on performance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.
Technical Oversight:
Provide technical expertise and oversight for the transition of end-user computing devices, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
Ensure compatibility and integration with existing IT infrastructure.
Change Management:
Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption.
Communicate effectively with end-users and address concerns or issues during the transition process.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and objectives.
Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any deviations from the plan.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to the transition process, including configurations, procedures, and user guides.
Create and update standard operating procedures for end-user computing devices.
Training and Support:
Collaborate with the training team to develop and deliver training programs for end-users on new computing devices and systems.
Provide ongoing support to end-users during and after the transition period.
Quality Assurance:
Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of end-user computing devices.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success of the transition and identify areas for improvement
