_Key Responsibilities:
_

Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
Diagnosis: Use diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint problems and provide accurate diagnoses to customers.
Repairs: Perform a wide range of repairs, including engine, transmission, suspension, and brake system repairs. Ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and meet highquality standards.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks to keep vehicles in optimal condition.
Part Replacement: Replace or repair defective parts, components, and systems using appropriate tools and equipment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and parts used. Complete repair orders and other documentation as required.
Safety: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when working on vehicles. Ensure that all repaired vehicles meet safety standards.
Customer Communication: Explain repair recommendations to customers in a clear and understandable manner. Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approval before starting work.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including service advisors and parts personnel, to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

_Qualifications:

Proven experience as a vehicle mechanic or automotive technician.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
Excellent problemsolving and diagnostic skills.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and precision in work.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Nitec or equivalent; additional automotive training or certifications preferred.
