Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and target key customer segments.
- Manage social media accounts and online presence.
- Plan and coordinate events and promotions.
- Conduct market research to stay uptodate on industry trends and competitor activities.
Management Trainee:
- Learn and assist in managing restaurant operations, including frontofhouse and backofhouse.
- Assist in the hiring and training of staff.
- Work with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Assist in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in marketing or business administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Technical skill like SEO knowledge, Social Media expertise, and experience in usage of social media management tools.
- Experience in restaurant marketing and/or management preferred.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently, selfdriven and a strong team player.
