Job Description

• Utilize engineering principles to optimize the wastewater treatment processes for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement improvements to enhance overall plant performance and reduce environmental impact.
• Monitor and analyze data from various treatment processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment malfunctions or process inefficiencies.Stay informed about environmental regulations and standards related to wastewater treatment.
• Ensure that the wastewater treatment plant operates within compliance guidelines and participate in regulatory inspections.
• Conduct chemical analysis of wastewater samples to determine the concentration of pollutants and identify the appropriate treatment methods.
• Perform routine testing to assess the effectiveness of treatment processes.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and perform routine maintenance on equipment such as pumps, valves, and chemical dosing systems.
• Identify and address issues to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of process parameters, chemical usage, and treatment performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team to completion of a task
• Min 2 years of experience related to water treatment plant
• Able to work independently and/or with a team
