Sales Associate - Singapore - HERMES SINGAPORE (RETAIL) PTE LTD
Description
General Role:
Responsible for all sales activities in store. Deliver quality and consistency of service including identifying customers' needs, developing client relationships, sale, and delivering post-sale services.
Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily store operations
- Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image
- Calls on current and potential customers to establish and maintain client relationship
- Keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
- Identifies and handles client enquiries and concerns
- Executes sales plans and participates in marketing events and promotion programs
- Communicates feedback gathered through instore activities to store management
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements & Capabilities:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in highend fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity
- Passion in retail industry with good selling skills
- Likes fashion and appreciates quality products
- Fluent in English. Additional languages spoken is a plus.
- Must be a good team player, pleasant, service oriented with good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
