JOB DESCRIPTION

To negotiate contracts and terms of engagement with local and foreign performing artistes

To schedule and update the performances of artistes on a weekly basis

To plan and execute the selections of performance which are well-liked by customers and to ensure a high level of standard of such performances.

To source for suitable costumes for the artistes.

To be responsible for the administration, morale and well-being of all artistes.

To assist to source for new performing artistes with various skills.

REQUIREMENTS

The incumbent must

Possess a high standard of organizational and interpersonal communication skills

Be conversant in Mandarin

Have network resources of performers from regional countries including China, Taiwan and Malaysia.

Be able to work under pressure and ability to deal with all levels of people

Preferably possess at least 2 years of experience as a performance artiste

Willing to work extra hours
