[What the role is]


As a Management Support Officer (MSO) in ITE College West's Customer Relations Department, you will be responsible for providing customer service support as well as administrative work at the College's Customer & Visitor Centre (CVC) and/or call center.

[What you will be working on]

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries at the College's Customer & Visitor Centre (CVC) and provide appropriate solutions and/or alternatives
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Support the department in other daytoday functions and administrative matters
  • Access and input information into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, inhouse student records system (counter and call centre) and queue system (counter only)
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
[What we are looking for]

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially in Word and Excel) and internet browsers (e.g. Explorer, Chrome etc.)
  • Besides English, the ability to converse efficiently in a second language (e.g. Mandarin, Tamil or Malay) and having relevant customer service experience would be an advantage.
  • Responsible and alert individual with a cheerful deposition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
